What’s on the Gaming Floor
Our venue at 26-27 Newborough operates in an Electric Casino format. In practice, the floor is centred on electronic gaming rather than a full spread of traditional table games with croupiers. It is not a cut-down version, but a different style of casino. Around 20 slot machines, about 10 electronic roulette terminals and 3 poker tables cover what most visitors want to play.
All slot machines are set up for jackpot play, with prize pools linked across the floor. Electronic roulette lets several players take part at once without a dealer on the wheel, so the game speed stays steady whether you drop in around lunchtime or close to closing time. We also keep three poker tables available, which suits the size of the building and the usual footfall in Scarborough town centre.
| Gaming Category | Available |

If you are used to visiting one of our bigger city casinos, this site feels more focused. It is smaller, quicker to walk around, and easier to settle into for an hour or two without feeling lost.
Opening Hours and Getting In
We open every day at 11:00 am and close at 2:00 am. The same hours run seven days a week, so you can call in for an afternoon session or drop by late after a night out without having to think about different weekend times.
Entry follows standard UK casino rules. You must be at least 18, and we carry out age checks at the door. Bring valid photo ID - a passport or driving licence is what most people use. On a first visit our team will normally ask to see it, then you are set. There is no need to book in advance for general access to the gaming floor, although special events and some promotions can have their own conditions.
Our Newborough address places us in central Scarborough. We sit within walking distance of the main shops, bars and restaurants. Easy to find, easy to reach, whether you are already in town or just visiting for the day.
Bar, Lounge and Live Sport
Away from the machines and tables, there is a lounge and bar area that a lot of guests end up using. We serve beer, wine, soft drinks and straightforward bar snacks. The offer is simple rather than elaborate, but it is enough to keep you comfortable if you plan to stay for a while. There is free Wi-Fi across the lounge too, handy if you are taking a break between games or waiting on friends.
Our sport setup is strong. The lounge is fitted with HD screens and full surround sound, and we show live football, boxing and other major fixtures. Plenty of people come in mainly for the sport, treat it as a place to watch the match, and only dip into the gaming floor before or after. That works fine for us.
Food stays in the bar snack and light meal category. We are not set up as a restaurant and do not market ourselves as one. The bar and lounge work as a social area that sits alongside the gaming floor instead of competing with it.
